If you want a good representative item from Tenga--- stick with the original design. This variation is a bit too short, but does absolutely what its advertised to do. Presented as a one-use item, you can clean it up a bit & re-use 2-3x's, before it starts to "fall apart." Infinitely better constructed than most similar items, but is essentially the same design as similar items from others. Very little I could say against it outside of the limited use factor. I am eagerly working my way through all of Tenga's products. My first impression with this one was disappointment, I wondered how they could have strayed so far. But after spending some time with it, I found I didn't get much out of the rolling and left to right stuff... but the accordian design? magic. My preference is to keep the hole covered on the deepthroat, and when I need a minute to compose my self, I take my finger off and let some air in. With the Rolling Head, the only pleasure I find is keeping the hole covered at all times, it's very similar to the deepthroat with no air, but the accordian gives it quite a different feel, it moves up and down on its own as you stroke. However, with the hole uncovered, I believe I would rather use any other toy I own. Long story short, this should be renamed the Tenga "New York" "Nice place to visit but you wouldn't...
