I loved it and I hope I use it a lot. I am not sure how resistant it is but it seems very strong. The size is also good since not too big not too small. It is also easy to inflate and deflate. This particular mattress, "double size" will easily sleep 2. It consists of a main body with a "boston valve" type boat inflation/deflation valve that allows for quick setup & takedown. There is a rather large pillow which inflates separately (i.e. it's "hinged") and a footrest.The mattress is made of very thick, matte (not glossy) vinyl, which is very smooth, durable, and somewhat elastic. The internal i-beam construction gives the mattress a lot of support, yet the material feels soft on bare skin. The pillow is of the proper height to give support and comfort to the neck & head, and (provided you're not too tall) the footrest gives you just the right amount of "push" to gain leverage in trying...uh, the proper positions and uh...motions.
