Soothe away your pain with the Conair heated hear pillow. Made of cozy and plush fabric, it relieves minor aches and pains with ease. It has a convenient push-button power on/off and it's powered by an AC adapter. To operate the heating cushion, first unzip and connect the AC adapter to the power jack. Then plug the transformer into a standard 120 volts electrical outlet. Press the button to turn on the unit. Press the switch once more to turn it off. The LED indicator lights up when the unit is activated. For maximum benefit, use should not exceed 20 minutes at one time. Treatment may be applied once or twice daily as described.

It was wonderful for 3 weeks and then it stopped working. I called to order a replacement from Target and received a replacement eventually. The new one worked great for about 3 weeks and then stopped again. I called Conair directly to see if there is a recall or any specific reason why this was happening. The customer service rep has put in a request to investigate and will get back to me. i love my pillow but am very frustrated that it stops so soon after purchasing. I am hoping that conair gives me a replacement or some insight as to what is going on. having to call Target and wait for a new one in the mail and take the old one to a local store is annoying. |
