Comes w/ white pillow cover (Health and Beauty) I purchased this product to help with lower back pain. The wedge did smell a bit on the chemical side at first, although I was able to tolerate the odor until it dissipated (something like a week). Most importantly, it helped tremendously with my back. Unfortunately, this lasted only a couple of months, and now the wedge seems to offer little support (the 7" vertical height in the back is now naturally compressed to something like 2"). I'm a bit ambivalent about the purchase. I wish my doctor had had me try this first instead of just resorting to a prescription!I got the 7-inch height rather then the 12-inch, and it creates plenty of elevation for me (granted, I'm pretty small). But I feel like the 12-inch wedge would feel like sitting upright, and might be better as a reading-in-bed pillow but not so great for sleeping. 7-inch creates enough elevation to alleviate reflux, but I still feel like I'm lying down. This pillow is also great for reading in bed with a pillow or two stacked on top. And I admit, my fiance and I have come up with a few other fun uses for it in the bedroom. :) The pillow initially had a bit of an unpleasant foam smell, but this has dissipated. I put a towel over it and that seemed to solve the problem. Shipment arrived quickly and in great condition.
