What else do you expect from a $30 gadget? I am buying one for my uncle Leonid. P.S. Try it upside down - you might like it. Literally, upside down (the massager, not yourself). Update March 2012. A Shiatsu massage should be tempered by the amount of pressure applied to the unit, and I suspect that if too much pressure is applied, this might be the problem with the other reviewer. But for me, it seems just right. The amount of heat generated by the NMS-350 seems just right. If it were less, it wouldn't be sufficient (for me) and it certainly doesn't seem like too much heat. I've only had this thing for a couple of days and I feel better already. I often use it while watching TV or reading. BTW, anyone who complains about the fact that this massager is "too rough" doesn't understand the principals behind Shiatsu massage. I used to live in Japan and went for Shiatsu all the time. It is supposed to be a tad bit uncomfortable. It is working the knots out! I've been pulling this massager into my neck as much as I can handle. I hope that it lasts for a long time. |
